Back Pain Therapy

Back pain therapy can be a treatment which could be very useful for the intense pain felt by the back muscle. Back pain physical therapy can reduce the pain upon continuous therapy.

Laser therapy back pain is also used at present in treating patients. There are several kinds of laser therapy. An example of which is the Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS), Interferential Current (IFC)  and Galvanic Stimulation (GS). The exact procedure may change depending on the kind of laser therapy used. These laser therapies can directly interfere with pain signal transmission along the nerves. It also increases endorphin (natural painkillers of the body) discharge from the body. Back pain physiotherapy exercises can still be used in treating back pain but these were verified to be ineffective. In a research done about physiotherapy exercises, some exercises are found to be beneficial while most of the exercises are ineffective. The physiotherapy exercises are outdated by those back pain therapy exercises made for the needs of the patient.Therapies which are varying can be used to treat backpain. But if we can prevent it, then it would be better. Regular exercise keeps our back muscle strong thus decreasing ths risk of muscle spasm or muscle strain that can be usually acquired from hectic work/activities. Eating a healthy diet also is necessary. Eating to sustain a good weight or to lose some pounds if you are overweight prevents you from putting unnecessary stress which causes injury and strain on your back. Also, enough doses of vitamin D and calcium are necessary every day. These nutrients avoid osteoporosis that can lead to bone fractures then back pain in the future.

One should carry out good posture, holding up your back correctly, and avoiding heavy lifting to avoid bone fractures and injuries. In picking up heavy baggage, keep a straight back posture. Do not bend instead put the pressure on your legs and hips as you pick it up. Upon doing these preventive measures, one can guarantee a back-pain-free life!
